1. Payment

The following payment methods are available for purchases at shop@goldmarie-home.com:

• Bank transfer (prepayment)

2. Shipping

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart after you enter your delivery address.

• Order processing begins once payment has been received.

• All shipments include tracking and are fully insured.

• Orders returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect shipping address) can be reshipped upon payment of the additional shipping costs.
  

• If you refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price. Any additional shipping or return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

3. Free Shipping

Free shipping within Germany is available on orders of €79 or more.

Free shipping within Europe is available on orders of €350 or more.
