How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Order processing begins as soon as your payment has been received.

How can I track my order?

Send us your email address and order number, and we'll check the status of your order.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We ship all orders with DHL.

When do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping within Germany is available on orders of €79 or more.

Free shipping within Europe is available on orders of €350 or more.

Where can I find an overview of my orders?

Sign in to your customer account using your email address and password. There, you'll find an overview of all your orders.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Simply complete this form and send it to us by email or mail.

The item I'd like to order is currently out of stock.

No problem! Simply sign up for the back-in-stock notification for the item, and we'll email you as soon as it's available again.

To do so, open the product page in our shop. On the right-hand side, you'll see the message "This item is currently out of stock." Enter your email address below and click the button.

As soon as the item is available to order again, you'll automatically receive an email from us.

I have a problem with my order. How can I get help as quickly as possible?
